Bimba fue abandonada por su familia. Una mujer la recogió de la calle y la acogió en su casa. Ella tiene un gran corazón, pero, por desgracia, no dispone de un piso lo suficientemente grande. Cuando la avalancha de gatos se volvió incontrolable, pidió ayuda a Chantal. Así fue como Bimba y tres de sus amigos se convirtieron en residentes de la finca. Por aquel entonces tenía cuatro años. Ahora lleva más de cuatro años en el refugio. Se lleva muy bien con sus compañeras de la finca, donde ha encontrado nuevas amigas. Le cuesta un poco relacionarse con los bípedos, solo se deja acariciar cuando está sentada en su cama. Pero en una familia paciente, seguro que acabaría ganándose su confianza y aprendería a confiar más en la gente.

Bimba was abandoned by her family. A private animal rights activist picked her up off the street and took her in. The woman has a big heart, but unfortunately not a big enough flat. When the flood of cats became too much, she asked Chantal for help. So Bimba and three of her friends became residents of the finca. She was four years old at the time. She has now been at the shelter for over four years. She gets on very well with the cats at the finca and has made new friends there. She finds it a little difficult with the two-legged creatures and will only let them stroke her when she is sitting in her bed. But in a patient family, she would certainly gain confidence at some point and learn to trust people more. 

Bimba a été abandonnée par sa famille. Une protectrice des animaux privée l'a recueillie dans la rue et l'a accueillie chez elle. Cette femme a certes un grand cœur, mais malheureusement pas un appartement assez grand pour accueillir tous les animaux. Lorsque le nombre de chats est devenu trop important, elle a demandé de l'aide à Chantal. C'est ainsi que Bimba et trois de ses amis sont devenus résidents de la Finca. Elle avait alors quatre ans. Elle vit maintenant au refuge depuis plus de quatre ans. Elle s'entend très bien avec ses colocataires à la Finca, où elle s'est fait quelques amies. Elle a un peu de mal avec les bipèdes et ne se laisse caresser que lorsqu'elle est dans son lit. Mais dans une famille patiente, elle finirait certainement par prendre confiance et apprendre à faire davantage confiance aux humains. 

Bimba wurde von ihrer Familie ausgesetzt. Eine private Tierschützerin holte sie von der Straße und nahm sie bei sich auf. Die Frau hat zwar ein großes Herz, aber leider nicht auch die dazu passende große Wohnung. Als die Katzenflut überhand nahm, bat sie Chantal um Hilfe. So wurde Bimba mit drei ihrer Freund:innen zu einer Bewohnerin der Finca. Damals  war sie vier Jahre alt. Jetzt ist sie schon seit über vier Jahren im Tierheim. Mit ihren Mitbewohnerinnen auf der Finca kommt sie prima aus, hat einige Freundinnen dort gefunden. Mit den Zweibeinern tut sie sich etwas schwer, streicheln lässt sie höchstens, wenn sie im Bettchen sitzt. Aber in einer geduldigen Familie würde sie bestimmt irgendwann Zutrauen fassen und lernen, den Menschen mehr zu vertrauen.
